1.1 mrbet is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Philippines market. The platform operates at the domain mrbet.cam and provides access to live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, crash games, e-sabong, and bingo, all within a single unified account environment.

1.2 These Terms apply to all services, products, games, promotions, and features available on the mrbet platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1.3 mrbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, including but not limited to games, payment methods, promotions, and features, at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

2.1 Age Requirement. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, access to mrbet is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. mrbet will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.

2.2 Philippine Residency. mrbet is designed and operated for players in the Philippines. Registrations are accepted from players who are lawfully permitted to engage in online gaming activities under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and residential address. 2.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the mrbet platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. mrbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances or winnings associated with them.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mrbet login credentials. 3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mrbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as set out in the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Any remaining balance after applicable fees will be held and may be claimed by contacting customer support.

3.4 Account Suspension. mrbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that may be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties. mrbet will notify you of any suspension where it is lawful and practical to do so.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mrbet accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. mrbet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). mrbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same Philippine banking business day for requests submitted before the applicable cut-off time. mrbet does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your financial institution may impose its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. mrbet applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — funds deposited via GCash will be withdrawn to the same GCash account. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Philippine law.

4.5 Refusal of Withdrawals. mrbet reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) any applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. mrbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return any such funds to their source, less any applicable processing costs.

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. 5.2 Wager Finality. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the mrbet system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all wager details, including selections, stake amounts, and applicable odds, before confirming any bet.

5.3 Malfunctions and Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrect game result, wager settlement, or odds display, mrbet reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's account. mrbet's decision regarding the resolution of any such error is final. No wager shall be honored where mrbet has reasonable grounds to believe a technical error was exploited.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts may vary by game, table, and player account level. mrbet reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within the applicable game lobby or betting interface.

5.5 Interrupted Games. In the event that a live dealer game or sports event is interrupted before a result can be determined, mrbet will follow the applicable game or sport-specific settlement rules. Wagers on void or abandoned events will be returned to the player's account as a stake refund.

6.1 From time to time, mrbet may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.2 mrbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds credited to your account in error, or as a result of any technical fault, must not be wagered and will be reclaimed by mrbet upon discovery.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. mrbet actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, mrbet reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to close the relevant account.

6.4 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and real money funds are accounted for separately in your mrbet wallet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one mrbet account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an advantage on the platform;

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mrbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mrbet content.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of mrbet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.3 mrbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Access to the platform may be suspended or restricted due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond mrbet's reasonable control.

9.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. mrbet is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming activities on the platform.
